About SelfMastr — Overview
Selfmaster is a real-world laboratory for personal growth. It is a collection of “Field Notes” documenting my actual journey to master my mind, habits, and focus.
Who Am I?
I am Abigail. I am not a guru or a life coach. I am a strategic risk-taker and a documentarian.
I test self-improvement strategies on myself first, and then I share the raw data with you.
I am the Lead Climber mapping the route so you can climb faster and avoid the loose rocks.
Founders Note
Welcome to Selfmaster.com.
If you are looking for someone who has everything figured out, never gets stressed, and executes perfectly every single day, you are in the wrong place.
I built this site because I was struggling to apply “perfect” advice in a real, messy world.
I realized that people don’t learn from watching someone stand perfectly still at the top of a mountain; they learn by watching how someone actually handles the climb.
I am not at the top of the mountain. I am the Lead Climber actively mapping the route.
I treat my own life as a laboratory for self-mastery. I run the experiments, I take the calculated risks, and I use real-world trial and error to see what actually works.
I push my own limits to grow, and because of that, I experience both massive wins and frustrating setbacks. And I document all of it right here.
- The Wins: When I test a strategy and it works perfectly, I don’t keep it to myself. I hand you the exact Blueprint so you can grab that same solid rock and pull yourself up.
- The Messes: When I test a theory and it fails, I don’t hide it to protect my pride. I publish the raw data and the “autopsy report” so you know exactly which loose rocks to avoid.
This website isn’t a journal of my failures; it’s a public record of my reinforcement learning. I share the raw data—the good, the bad, and the messy—so we can both climb faster.
The Rules of the Climb If you are going to read my “Field Notes,” here is what I promise you:
- Tested Grips Only: I will never give you advice I haven’t personally put into action.
- No Fluff, Just Action: We don’t do 10-page theories here. We do short, fast action. Done is always better than perfect.
You don’t need to be perfect to start taking control of your life. You just need to take the next step.
I’m running the experiments. Let’s master the mess together.
Keep climbing.
